Sandy Wilson
Magician
Sandy Wilson became interested in the
Art
of Magic at the
age of 9. At the age of 16,
Sandy
was performing
semi-professionally
in the Fife area, and gaining a
reputation as a
highly skilled children's entertainer,
and was
a
member of the Magic Circle's Youth
Initiative programme, The Young
Magician's
Club.
By the age of 18, Sandy had been
published
in Abracadabra,
the world's only weekly magic
magazine,
read by magicians all
over the world, and began
running
The Magician's Corner website which helped
young aspiring
magicians with hints, tips and
debates on their art.
At the age of 27, Sandy was a
finalist in the Edinburgh's Got Talent
show at the Edinburgh Corn
Exchange, and moving to the Edinburgh
area has given Sandy the
opportunity to extend his catchment area,
and The Magic Max Show is
now accepting bookings across
Edinburgh, Fife and the Lothians.
Sandy has performed magic for many
private birthday parties,
functions, nursery schools, retirement
homes, and has performed
at events for Sky TV, British Gas in both Edinburgh and Manchester,
The
Foresters and
the University of St Andrews. |
